This is just a CD insert mistake; Everything is credited correctly on the Bandcamp page.         I put a lot of thought into trying to make sure everyone got the credit they deserved on this record, and that's why I'm really kicking myself that I didn't catch it when a couple of footnote symbols got lost in the chaos of a last minute scramble to get everything to the printers in time.
